CAVE JOMBLANG CONTINUED PRAMBANAN TEMPLE

Jomblang  is located in Jetis Wetan Village, Semanu Sub-district, Gunung Kidul Regency, in the Special Province of Yogyakarta, Jomblang Cave is 50Km away from downtown Yogyakarta, or about 10Km from Wonosari, capital town of the Gunungkidul Regency. While it may not be that familiar for common tourists, among cave enthusiasts, nature trekkers and backpackers the cave has gained popularity for its outstanding beauty. In 2011, the cave was further introduced to the world as it made an appearance as one of the sites on the CBS TV reality game show, The Amazing Race.

Prambanan is a magnificent spectacle and an icon of Indonesia’s cultural heritage. A heritage site established in the 9th century which located in Prambanan Village Klaten regency, Central Java and administratively belongs to two districts and two provinces at once. Those are Sleman and Klaten Regency. The distance is about 20 km from city of Yogyakarta. Prambanan is beautiful and unique. It has a large garden. There are four temples in one complex, namely Prambanan, Lumbung, Bubrah and Sewu temples.

  • Prepare for adventure tour.
  • 09.30 – 13.00 pm
  • Start the amazing adventure activities to the vertical cave of Jomblang
  • 13.00 – 13.30 pm
  • After Finishing the caving activity & have local lunch in Jomblang
  • 13.30 – 15.00 pm
  • Keep on driving to Prambanan temple.
  • 15.00 – 17.30 pm
  • Explore & see the temple.
  • 17.30 – 18.15
  • Drop off Hotel in Yogyakarta. Tour ends
